We strongly recommend participants read all information available on this website before entering, SwimRun is a challenging sport and it is important you and your team are well prepared. Cut off Times
To ensure the safety of our participants are to meet the requirements of our council application we are required to have safety cut off times. These will be implemented in the following locations on the return to the finish line:
- 9.50am – Swim 7 – Camp Cove
- 10:55am – Swim 10 – Neilson Park

Competitor packs will be available at registration on the day from 6.30am, these will include: timing chips, race bibs, swim caps, event t-shirts and presents from our sponsors.
Lyne Park is located on New South Head Road, Rose Bay. We recommend taking public transport; there is one ferry stop and two bus stops located approx. 200m from race start. There is also limited parking in Lyne Park and on New South Head Road.
